Lucky Wander Boy Contest
Today is a very special day. It GAF's 10 months and 13 days anniversary, we're not at war (...yet), it's the day before Valentine's Day and guys still have a few hours to buy some cheap chocolate and grocery store flowers, but most importantly, GAF is giving away free stuff. (some restrictions apply*)Today's giveaway is for a new novel by D. B. Weiss titled Lucky Wander Boy. Weiss's first novel, Lucky Wander Boy tells the story of Adam Pennyman. Pennyman has finally found a purpose in life: to catalogue obsolete forms of entertainment (one may assume out of date video games are included here). In this endeavor, he works with a company that owns the rights to produce a film version of a childhood favorite video game for him, Lucky Wander Boy. Thus starts Pennyman's quest to find a working version of this game and its female creator. (to read more about this book, go to its official site)
Now for the contest itself. Here at GAF, we're constantly trying to create a user-friendly experience for you, the readers. Today is no different as there will be absolutely no demographic questions for this contest. There's no need for you to tell us what you own, what you play, what you think of GAF or other sites, or what kind of animal your first pet was. There's no need to answer complicated gaming questions or find hidden images on our site. There's just one plain and simple thing you need to do. Click here to enter via email. In this email, you must include the following:
-your full name
-the state you live in
That's it. We will be accepting entries until 11:00 pm EST on February 22nd. The winning entrant will be emailed that night for confirmation and for a complete mailing address. The winner will be given 48 hours to respond after which would be considered forfeiture of winnings which would then go to the next eligible entrant and so on.
* Some restrictions apply. Only residents of US or Canada may apply. Editors of GamesAreFun.com and their families may not enter the Lucky Wander Boy Contest.
