News - Shikigami no Shiro II to PlayStation 2

Alfa System revealed today its plans to release the vertical arcade shooter,
Shikigami no Shiro II, for the PlayStation 2. Nintendo's GameCube has already been home to an updated version of the game, though many people wondered why, due to the system's smaller userbase.
We'll have a review of
Shikigami II soon after Christmas. As the PlayStation 2 port is due out on January 29, ours will certainly help intrepid importers determine whether they'd like to purchase it our not. Though XS Games released the first
Shikigami game in North America as
Mobile Light Force 2, the sequel's prospects are not good - for fans of the series, that's probably a good thing.
MLF2 is notorious for its hack-job localization and petrifying cover art.
