News - Coca-Cola and Sony partnering for new PSP promotion

A month ago we reported on a new Pepsi promotion where 1,000 lucky winners would receive a Pepsi themed Nintendo DS. Not to be outdone, Sony has just announced that they will be partnering with Coca-Cola to run their own promotion. Folks who purchase Coke products between March 28 and May 31 can collect points and use them to enter a drawing for a Coke themed PSP, and a copy of Everybody's Golf Portable (Hot Shots in the US) filled with Coca-Cola advertisements. Currently this is a Japan only promotion, and chances are we'll never see it, so if you want your Coke PSP you'd best head to Japan soon and start loading up. And now, some media!

i agree, all i see is Nintendo DS comercials :)
and no PSP comercials. then again i rarely watch tv... so... but i always see DS ones.

Well they couldn't very well change the color scheme of the system could they? That's just as much a part of the perfect design as the button layout. ;)

I actually wouldn't mind one for the novelty of it, seems pretty amusing, though I wouldn't exactly be willing to pay for it.

Been lots of PSP ads at bus stops lately, yet to see commercials though.

I like how the coke PSP is just a normal PSP with the coke logo on the side.
