News - Pandemic working on next-gen Mercenaries?

Pandemic's website has a page called "Project X" which lists the codenames of the secret projects that the studio is working on. Clicking on the "Project Q" link from that page will take you to a
page containing three images. The first is a satellite photo of an area of land, with the word "playground" above the picture. The second is a tank, with the word "taxi" above it. And the third is a picture of some grenades and other weapons, with "party favors" above it.
The pictures' content would seem to indicate that this project could be similar to Pandemic's hit
Mercenaries title, perhaps even a direct followup. Furthermore,
Mercenaries' substitle was
Playground of Destruction (and playground was the word above the first picture).
One other tidbit that may or may not mean something: the address of the page contains the words "everybody pays."
This is of course just speculation, but it's certainly exciting to think about the possibilities of a next-gen
Mercenaries title.
Credit for noticing the "Project Q" page goes to Amala over at the Neo-GAF forums.

"the missions got really repetative."
What do you expect from a game revolving around "blowing s*** up"? :P

Hey shouldn't it be Pandemic-Bioware or something of that nature? Anyway, the first game had some great ideas and if this is a sequal, cool. The vehicles were just awesome to use, but the missions got really repetative. I would love to see like multiplayer with this game, maybe with custom characters and the like.

The first one was rather interesting, I enjoyed it for what it was. Here's to another round of blowing s*** up!

My brother will be stoked if this is indeed a new Mercenaries title. He doesn't really play video games anymore (besides Winning Eleven with a friend occasionally), but I know this would get him playing games again.
